Step into Spring with a Spring in your Step a new approach toHealth & Weight Management
A new approach to lifestyle change, whether this be diet, exercise, relaxation and to keeping on track and feeling good about yourself.
Monday nights throughout Winter and Spring have fun in a supportive environment and learn how to feel good about yourself and stick to your lifestyle change programme. Using the carrot rather than the stick approach come along and find out how to empower yourself from the inside and outside. One of Fiona's aims is that everyone leaves each week feeling positive and empowered.
Next 12 week Programme starting
Monday 9th January 2012 from 6.30-8.30pm for 12 weeks

Each week the format will follow:
Weigh In & Review of food diary- for those on attending the whole 12 weeks. This is carried out on a one to one basis, so that you only need to share your weight if you want to. Suggestions to help you achieve your goals.
Sharing & goal setting - very much enjoyed by members. This involves problem solving, goal setting and providing support for each other
Expert Lecture and Demonstrations - every week a different topic will be demonstrated please see the timetable below.
Questions and closing: I will bring in guest lectures, such as personal trainers on some weeks.
