Fiona strongly believes that food should both be a pleasurable and healthful experience.  There are many ways of eating such as vegetarian, vegan, raw foods, alkalising, sports and just everyday "normal".  Nowadays we have access to many foods from different cultures such as Mediterranean, Indian, British which can be incorporated into our nourishment.   All these different approaches can cause confusion and many people are left wondering what are the best foods to eat.   Fiona's training allows her to help you choose the best foods for you in order to optimise your health.   

Fiona provides tailored and practical approaches to changing eating habits which work within your lifestyle in order to optimise your health and wellbeing.  Food and lifestyle changes have been shown to help with wellbeing balance and vitality.
